I am doing Family Tree on Genes Reunited. All has gone well until the last couple of days. I cannot just go to a name
In my tree, and the window just freezes on the tree. A message comes up from webb page saying 'your browser does
Not support this functionality.' As recommended I tried to download IE8 which told me I already have advanced
Explorer. So what should I do?

While in IE, look at the toolbar and select Help > About Internet Explorer.
