I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and have started to bleed and there are tiny clots but no cramping.

Any bleeding should be brought to your doctor's or midwife's attention. Some women will have some spotting or bleeding in early pregnancy without it being a concern, other times it will unforunately be related to a miscarriage.
