Hi I am a mother of 2 kids,there father is british national,we have been having relatoinship for 9yrs,then we got 2 kids and they are now 6 and 3 yrs old,but since last march there father did not support them,and kids living with me,I want to file him a child support how can I do it?I was been to the city hall of city wer I live, then I haved talk 1 of the lawyer about my problem,but they said how we can send him a supeuna,because he is from england,he live there,but he come here in Philippines 3months in every year,but its 2years since last time he did not come,so I want to know how can I apply for childsupport to the father of my kids?here in Philippines to the british country,wer I go and how can I do it?or what first step I can do?*** rply thank you,
