I don't own a rifle as it does not fit well into my pocket or holster... so my Smith and Wesson .380 - which I have on my belt everywhere I go - will have to do :)

I was thrilled to get a tour of the USS New York(LPD-21) on it's commissioning weekend .

It is a littoral Marine Trasport ship . It was made in part from scrap metal of the twin towers and is now building it's reputation in the service of it's country.

The Navy is requesting in it's new budget 20 new littoral transport ships . In honor of the Marines Corp birthday, I think the lame duck Congress should grant this budget request.

It's also the birthday of Martin Luther the Reformer, Richard Burton the actor, Sinbad the comedian, and Wondergirl the cupcake baker.

Well I told my wife " Darn, (wanted to say something else here...however) we forgot to invite our friend the SpellMaster...."
