I am 5'8 and 144 pounds and obsessed with the way I look. I drive my family crazy everyday asking them if I'm fat and my friends and boyfriend. They all say I look good but I can't get myself to believe them. This has been going on for yrs and I can't take it anymore I want to move on with my life I need the help to do so.
