I'm searching for a movie that's around 3-5 years old. I saw previews on a video that I rented. I don't know many details. What I do recall is the movie was very dark and the people in it had special abilities. I remember a man in a trench coat, bald head, scary looking.. stopping a transfer truck I believe that had hit him.
