I have contraceptive implant, had it in for about 6 months, I don't bleed. I feel pregnant but have had 3 negative tests, can I still be pregnant?

Possible, but unlikely. Since you can't go by a lack of periods, and you have had negative results thus far, maybe check with your doctor about having a blood test done to ease your mind.
