Hi,

I am trying find an old funny cartoon movie. It is about a space garbage man who is suddenly trusted with af mission to save the universe. His super powers comes from a light bulb that has been attached to his stomach.
The universe is in trouble because of a war between men and women that will cause the end of the universe.

The super hero (I think his name is Fred.. og Bob) wears a red cape and blue clothes. One name I remember is Bone head - this was the male ruler's sidekick. Bonehead was some sort of a skelet and the ruler just some skin that Bone head could wear.

Seems crazy - I know. But I remember it as being very funny. It is somewhat mostly for adults.
