You seriously need some sex education, pathfinder if you think you can get pregnant from giving a blow job. In order to get pregnant there has to penetration to the other end and ejaculate happening. I hope you b/f doesn't have an STD; giving head is not the safest cleanest way of satisfying you b/f.

No you can't get pregnant from ejaculate being on your hands either.
