I received a summons regarding debt. I am sure I owe the debt... there is one section that I don"t know how to answer because I don't understand what they are saying... It is in the first section where the Plantiff states and alleges... "2. The necessary expenses of the family and of the education of the children are chargable upon the property of both husband and wife, or either of them, for whick they may be sued jointly or seperatly."
At first I thought they wanted my expenses... then I thought they were simply saying that these are expenses that they intened to recover from the assets of myself, wife or saving for the children's education... Can someone please clear this up for me if possible and get me started on how to answer this?? There is no wife, and there is no savings account anywhere..
