I'm trying to remember a TV series where there is a science facility and one of the bad guys is Asian and the female lead spots the same guy in either a picture from some scientific expedition in the mountains in like China like 50 years earlier. I really don't remember much else other than the was on sometime between 2000 and 2007. Any help would be appreciated.
