Without the paternity test please help? Is he right or wrong?? I know I am blessd to become pregnant and all but if I can't make him pay I don't want to bring a baby into this world without everything he or she NEEDS not wants NEEDS let me also add I am a 24 year old who comes from a bad childhood due to divorce and often went without< and still to this day send cards to every family member I can track down with return address I never get a response I don't have a fmaily to help support me and I am fine with that I'm strong but financially I neeed hi8s help

Is it possible he is NOT the father?

A DNA test is the only way to prove paternity. If he is the father have him take the paternity test.

Is there a reason for him to believe he may not be the father?

No there is no doubt in my mind or his that he is the father 1000 percent sure he is, but he says he can refuse the paternatiy test and if this is true then he can refuse to pay child support right?

Once you take him to court for child support a DNA test will be ordered. As a result of him being the father he will not be able to refuse to pay child support.
