Yeah, they probably have. Why have you taken so many pills in such a short amount of time? I'm guessing that means that you've been having unprotected sex. So there's definitely a chance of you being pregnant. But at this point it's just a waiting game, if the tests are still negative in a few weeks your cycle is probably just messed up because of the pill
I tested this morning and today makes it 2 weeks and 3 days that I'm late. I am sure after taking 6 tests and all coming out negative that I'm not pregnant. I am hoping its just the plan be pills that messed up my cycle. Every time we had unprotected sex I made sure to take the plan b, and he also pulled out in enough time.
You do realize that 1) pulling out is not an effective form of birth control and 2) plan b is in no way intended to replace traditional forms of birth control. There's a reason it's called emergency contraception.
If you want to avoid pregnancy you really need to discuss this with your doctor.
I don't know what to do. I am really stressed out about it. After all these tests though, I highly doubt I am pregnant. That's what relieves me
Plan B can really mess up your cycles, So that is most likely it.
BUT>
Pulling out is not a real method, it does lower the number of sperm, but does not stop sperm from the early fluids.
BUT} Plan B was not suppose to be a regular use drug, and taking it to excess can have and cause other problems.
If you are going to be sexually active, you should be on at least two other method of birth control
( no one method ( even plan B) is 100 percent effective)
I went to the gyno for the very first time the other day and she confirmed that I am not pregnant. I guess it is the plan be pills.. I'm going on 3 weeks late now. She says it will come eventually and not to be worried.
And perhaps put you on regular birth control and explained the dangers of excessive use of Plan B
Is it OK if a guy penetrates for like 1 or 2 minutes without a condom and then pulls out and puts a condom on... just for stimulation purposes?
You're playing with fire on that one.
I called the gyno today and she said to continue to wait for my period to start. The last time I had a period was sept 22nd.. then I took plan be pill on the 29th and again on the 4th of October... since then I've had no period.. do you think it should come this month? Since I already skipped October? I'm hoping it comes on the 22nd of November :(
I think you should listen to the gyno and you just have to wait it out. No one can predict when your period will come. You've really messed up your cycle by not using effective birth control methods. Now you have to wait it out.
Yeah I guess I have no choice but to wait. Idk whether taking ANOTHER pregnancy test is necessary at this point. She confirmed that I am not pregnant about a week and 1/2 ago. How would I know when I'm ovulating? Or even if I am ovulating?
And what will you get from taking another pregnancy test at this point? If your doctor confirmed that you are NOT pregnant and that you have thrown your cycle off from abusing the plan be pill, then I have no idea what you are expecting to gain from taking another one. Clearly nothing is going to ease your mind. And clearly you don't listen to the advice given over and over again anyway. And why do you need to know now when you are ovulating? The calender method is NOT reliable form of birth control so you will just be going through this over and over and over again if you use it. And, if you can't figure out how to research it on your own or how to research how to figure out when you're ovulating, or how to research what happens when you take plan b, or how to listen to the doctor or anyone else's advice, then I'm not sure I can see you being able to accurately figure out when you're ovulating anyway.

Well I took a digital test today and its negative.
So the OBGYN prescribed me Provera for 10 days and this is supposed to help me start my period. Do you know if provera causes fertility?
No the only reason I'm taking provera is to help me get my period again. Not to use for birth control.
Provera doesn't "cause" fertility, but it can help by regulating cycles. The dose you are using can not be used for birth control, so be sure to use a reliable form of birth control (two would be better) as well.
