I just married and have three children, my husband wants to know if he can claim all three of the children on his taxes. I have full custody of them and I do not work.

If you are married on the last day of the year, you are considered married for the entire year.

So you file jointly with your spouse, you can claim all three of your children as dependents, regardless of who is the actual biological parent.

Black letter tax law; no interpretation required.
