I have been having difficulty downloading fonts ever since I accidentally selected to "open with" Photoshop. Originally I had had no problems extracting from a zipped folder and then installing the fonts via control panel.

So my question is how do I change back recommended program? I've searched my computer and I don't think I have winzip either - curious.

Depending on your version of Windows, right-click on a Zip file, select "open with...", choose the program from the list or find it in Progran Files, make sure the "Always use he select program...." checkbox is ticked.

I've tried this I just can't find the right program. I don't seem to have winzip so I'm confused as to what I was using before, and I assure you it worked before. I had the little folder icon with a zip and I had to "extract all" etc.. . etc.. . Oh and I am just running XP on this laptop

You were probably using the built-in compression in Windows.
