I own money to icbc. 30grand. 4 something I didn't do. I was in a accident in 94. They didn't pay me for my pain and suffering. They lawyer didn't do anything for me. I didn't now I had a icbc lawyer on my behalf. So I didn't care, in 2005 or 06 I had a letter saying to pay icbc. So I said OK I was told do payment and I was. When it came to renew my liecnce they put the stop on it. I called and that racist lady who is handly my case said no I have to pay the whole amount. She liared to me so I stop the payment. I don't have a liecnce for about 3 years. It is very hard on me and I don't know what to do. Need help

Frankly, I had trouble understanding what your situation really is. All I got was that you were in an accident and someone is billing you for some costs related to that accident. I can't tell if SOL applies here since its not clear what legal action has been taken. Also SOL varies by area and you haven't given us your general locale.
