Well I have had my period for about 4 times then the four time I got my period again and ithought OK normal then towards the end of the month that same month I got it again and I thought OK this period is early so I considered it my next period then a couple days later here it comes again crap twice a month and now again after a couple of days man and I asked my friends mom and she said I didn't have a lot of salt or my body isn't use to my period yet is their somethig wrong with me HELP I'm only twelve

It's nothing to do with salt or lack of it. It's to do with being 12. Your body hasn't go the hang of this period thing yet, and it's still a bit haywire.

Try to relax and go with the flow for a while. If your periods don't settle down into some sort of rough rhythm (lots of girls don't have regular 28 day cycles), then talk to your doctor.

Lack of salt in your body will cause massive cramps, not frequent periods.
