My 15 yr old lab quit eating, she is drinking water though

How long as she not been eating for?
Have you tried a different food?

I think it's time for a vet check, 15 is quite old for a lab and there could be a problem that is making her not want to eat. If I gave you an answer it would purely be a guess, not eating is a symptom of a lot of problems.
