Hot water problem in upstairs bathroom
    Hi guys,

I know variations of this question have been asked a bit, but I can't find a good enough answer so I'm going to ask again. In my upstairs bathroom, I get hot water for about two minutes and then the heat from the water lessens until it's fairly tepid. I have a single handed faucet to turn on the water that I pull out and turn counter clockwise to get hot and clockwise to get cold water. Any advice on why this might happen and what I can do to fix it?

Sounds like you have some dirt caught in the hot water inlet ports of the cartridge.
Turn the water off remove the cartridge check and clean the inlet ports, Now turn on the water for a few seconds to flush out the debris out, Clean the cartridge ans install see if your problem is fixed, Thanks.
