    Missing my kids daily
My wife and I are legally separated but cannot file for divorce for 6 months because we just moved back to Georgia. She is giving me a hard time about visiting with my 3 kids because she is bitter about the separation. What course of action can I take to ensure I get to spend the quality time with my kids as I have never been away from them and I have been the primary caregiver to them as far as providing, doing homework with them and putting them to bed every night. Is there some kind of a document I can get signed by the courts to see them on a more regular basis despite her hurt ego?

Even though you may not meet the requirements for your state so long as both parties are living there you can file emergency orders with the court for visitation. And state that you are separated at this time and awaiting your residency requirement to file for divorce. The courts may allow you to start filing for it now if the intention of both parties is to stay in the state.
