I post earlier and found my answer. Now I was wondering what to say to her. I know to say hi and I know you're her name already. But it kind of hard because she really shy and I just want to be friends first. So what would I talk about. I read some other post and some say weather and was her weekend good. But I think asking about her weekend this Monday might be strange since I ain't talk to her like in a year.Any suggests?

The girl isn't standing there doing nothing. Bring up something she's doing. A club she's in a job she's doing. Something about her outfit.
Since you haven't talked to her in a while you said does she remember you? Bring up something from the past and tie it into something now in the present.
Whatever you do do not critic her on something she's doing and don't go on about yourself. Use the topic of yourself to get somewhere in finding out about her. If that makes any sense.
