I saw this movie but I can't remember the tittle.
Is was about this girl that stills cars. One night she stole a car, but accedently drop her id so the owner of the car calls her up wanting his car back. Later it comes to now that this guy is a killer and makes music with the victams screams. Also I recall that a cop helps the girl out. Though in the beginning the cop was after the girl.
Also the girl has this jacket that has kill rat on it.
