Does anyone know how I would be repaid my money from someone who is ordered to pay from a small claim judgement. Who does not have any money or a job? Am I just out of luck?

Just basically out of luck, often those are the ones where it costs you more money to win than you will ever get.

So now you have a court judgement to get the money.
If they have a bank account and get some kind of money, if you know when they should get that money you get a attachment , (garnishment) of that bank account. Or you wait, judgements will be good for a number of years, and hope they get a job latter than you can garnish.

Or of course you write it off as a loss and a learning experience
