It's absolutely possible you are pregnant. However, the stomach upset could be a virus.

You now need to wait until time for your period to see if it comes. If not, test. Be sure to use first morning urine as it tests more accurately.

Your appendix is lower right. Just one of many possibilities to keep in mind.

Yeah I know about the appendix part but I already have two other kids and I had all of these same symptoms like now I have sore breasts and I can't stand the smell or thought of chocolate I had that symptom with my last baby too. I guess I'll just have to wait and see! Thanks for the feedback!
