My husband was put on probation 3 yrs ago for a f3 and a f5 he has not been in any trouble since and now he is charged with not reporting to is po so he is charged with two probation violations what do you thing will happen I live in mansfield Ohio its his first probation violation

You need to find the original sentencing paperwork for each of the felonies he has violated his probation on. Then read the part where the Judge made a notation to himself stating what his punishment would/could be if the person came before him with a probation violation. More than likely it's jail time and lots of it.

They may of course put him in prison for part or all of the probation time. Often they will warn him and put him back on probation. Was this only one meeting that he missed or did he miss a lot of meetings, that will also make a difference
