My rights to protect my daughters
My husband has been sexually abusing his step daughter and he wants to see his natural daughter and I want to stop him, can I stop him and if so how?

Get the step daughter to tell the police and get his @$$ thrown in jail!!

Just my opinion, but that's where child molestors belong. And you've let it go on for what reason ? Sheesh!!

    Hello shetland:

YOU should call the police. If you don't, the police should be called on YOU!

Yes, call the police now! He needs to spend some time in jail for this. Child molestors don't deserve any mercy.

Call the police, Report him to child services, like you should have done for his step daughter and be ready to answer questions for why you knew this was going on and didn't report it then.

This question really bothered me. Not the question itself, but the fact that it had to be asked. It boggles my mind that you would have to ask, in this day and age, what you need to do to stop a child molester. This isn't an issue of stopping the man from seeing his daughter, this is an issue of putting a sexual predator away where he can't harm any more kids.

Please wake up and smell the coffee. I expect you to be on the phone to your local police the moment you read these answers.

Yes, you call the police like everyone has said, and then you just don't let his daughter go see him, You tell him NO, NO, NO.
So he don't like it, TO BAD

If he has visitation rights, tough don't let her go anyway. Then you take him back to court and get either no visitation based on the other abuse or only allow supervised visitation.

If you are the child's mothers, you just don't let the father visit, never, ever. If the court orders it, move, change your name, hide the child.
Lots of possible ways to protect your daughter.
