Tylenol Cold is considered safe during pregnancy, and usually the Vicks is as well, but as ivanh said, check with your doctor as they may prefer one type of medication over another... especially if you might have any health concerns.
Certainly drink plenty of fluids as this can help too.
A good idea when you do contact your doctor is to get a list of what you can take for various common discomforts:
Sore throat
Diarrhea
Colds
Headaches
Heartburn

Then you can know what they prefer should the need arise.
