93 accord. Just roeplaced automatic trans. Car now won't start. CEL does not come on with key and no fuel. Does not go through cycle on main relay

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

. Ensure all wiring and sensors were reconnected properly, after the ATX was rebuilt.

. Clean main ECM ground, located on the thermostat housing.

. Check the ignition switch for wear, pitting, or melting:
