    Florida No-Fault Law
    If my auto insurance did not pay full balance of hospital bill, under the Florida no-fault law, Hospital has to accept payment in full?

    Not that I am aware of does the hospital have to accept the bill as paid in full.

    I DID answer the question. The answer was NO. The Florida no fault law does not mean anything as far as hospital bills.
