Hello, long story short my menstrual cycle is very regular. Its been late so far for a week now and I have reason to believe there's a possibility that I am pregnant. The problem is I have taken 3 pregnancy test and they all are testing negative... I don't want to waste a trip to the doctor... no health insurance... any suggestions... so confused.

Give it more time... your period may just be off this cycle. Wait another week to see if it shows up late. Test again at that time if necessary. Be sure to follow the directions on the pregnancy test exactly. If still negative, wait until next month and see what happens when your period is due... some women may skip a month for no obvious reason.

Still no period at that time... test again or visit a planned parenthood, pregnancy center, or health department and get a test done. They are often free or low cost.

As a pregnant woman,you need to take care and look forwards your future baby.
