    I do not understand what you are asking.

    Do you mean can you run a 240 V (what's the amperage) and split it down to 120 (again what's the amperage)?

    Or do you mean that you want to feed a 120 V (What's the amperage) from a 240 V (what's the amperage) unit?

    Please give us a better description of what you want to do.

    I don't get the question either, but if you are asking can you run 240v electric baseboard heat at 120v the answer is a resounding NO.
