Need answers on how long hydrocodone stays in someone urine to find out if I can pass a drug test when I took a lortab 4 days ago

Lortab (Hydrocodone and acetaminphen) usually does not cause a positive result in a standard opiate urine drug test.

It can be tested for through use of some expanded more sensitive tests.
