Can someone tell me why I have brown, watery discharge at the beginning of this period? The last time I was sexually active was about 6 months ago. I'm 37 and worried about cervical cancer or something else that could be wrong, please help!

A brownish discharge at the start and/or end of a period is not unusual. Some women have it every cycle, some just now and then, some never.

However, since it causes concern, it would be wise to have it checked out for the peace of mind.

Hi I'm 22 and I have the same thing just before I come on my pariod's I am waiting o test results now so it may not be nothing to worry about but you should get checked out to reashure you.
