I just got reported to the fbi for downloading 1.7tb of torrents in a month. I did it all thorugh a proxy so my isp dose not know 'they think I was hacked'. Im only 15 how much trouble am I in or my parents?

Well its unlikely the FBI will investigate this. What they may do is turn it over to the people you are stealing from (which depends on what was contained in the torrents). These people may then sue you for piracy, which could leave you and your parents with a big bill.
