I really like this guy and so I asked him out but he said no. He wants to talk and hang out but no seriously go out on a date with me. So I asked him why he doesn't like me and he said "i just don't want to be in a relationship rite now" that means he doesn't like me right? I am so confused I wished he I had just said that he doesn't like me and that thinks of me has a friend but he didn't. So should I just move on or should I wait for him to return those feelings?

I think he answered this question for you. He stated that he doesn't want to be in a relationship right now. This doesn't necessarily mean that he doesn't like YOU. He just doesn't want to be in a relationship.

I would just let it be.

Who knows, maybe in time he will pursue you. For now, just leave it alone.

You are really lucky that he didn't steer clear of you after you didn't drop the subject. He gave a good answer and it makes people very uncomfortable to be asked 'why don't you like me.' He never even said that. So all you can do is wait and hope and meanwhile keep busy with friends. Chances are you will find someone else, but you never know.

It simply means he is not ready for a relationship. You can still be friends and over time his feelings for you may grow into what you want
But
It may also mean he does not think of you a girlfriend just as a friend.

If he did not like you he would say it. He likes you just not how you want him to like you. Give this time. And don't pester him about it.
