My fiancé is on probation and he lives in Georgia and trying to transfer to Tennessee. Have been told Tennessee has received his transfer paper and I am wondering how much longer will it take him before he can move to Tennessee

It is very hard to say, some of them will delay it just for laughs, so he needs to keep track of the process
