    SAE 5W-30. I recommend full-synthetic engine oil (e.g. Mobil 1 or Pennzoil Platinum), changing the oil and filter every 6,000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first.

    I have used Castrol Edge 5W30 in my AU Falcon for 180000 changing oil & filter every 10000K still runs well & no oil usage
