Hello, I am asking for help because I don't know how to go about even finding the father of my child. I have tried to get a hold of him numerous times, but no luck. It has been 8 years, and he knows he is the dad. For some reason he choses to believe he is not the dad. Please, help me

You go to court, and have him served with legal papers from the court, you don't even have to talk to him.

If you don't know where he is, some process servers are better than others in finding him.
