How to loose extra belly after having a baby?
I just had a baby recently. My son is now 4 months old. After having two kids my belly is definitely not what it used to be and it seemed to have bounced back faster after I had my daughter 5 years ago. I have had two C-Sections and now I just have this crazy "pooch" that is just there! I can do sit ups all day long and it just doesn't seem to work. Everyone is telling me how skinny I am and honestly I weigh less then before I got pregnant, but I hate my belly. Any advice?

Chances are your belly is not as bad as you think. Believe what people say.

I would look at your diet. If you are running round looking after a baby and a 5 year old, I'm guessing you are grabbing a lot of food on the go. Unfortunately, the sort of high carb food you can eat quickly tends to encourage fat around your belly. Try cutting out the white carbs (sugar, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes) and eating more protein, healthy fats and green vegetables.

Endless situps will give you strong stomach muscles, but won't shift any fat sitting on top of those muscles. Try doing some whole body exercises like press-ups, squats, woodchoppers etc, and getting out and doing more walking and cycling.
