WHen you have a Class 7 (Learners) Drivers Licence are you legaly allowed to drive out of province, when acompanied by someone of age 25 or over with a valid Class 5 drivers Licence?

As long as your following the rules on the back of the license I think no police can argue with that, but you could call up the ICBC and ask to be sure? http://www.icbc.com/ might even say somewhere on it! If you call them they would know for sure though
