My 2006 Dakota has trailer tow package but no harness to rear of truck.It has the separate power module with the relays for the harness but the dealer said the instructions would come with the 200.00 harness if I ordered it. I was trying to do it a little cheaper than that.Has anyone wired that type of hookup before.

I've seen one style that emulated the factory harness and could plug directly in, sealed and secure.

The ones I've seen online are $200.00 also.I think that's a little salty for a trailer/tow harness.I just need to know where it plugs in down stream from the integrated power module. I've looked at Chiltons manuel and seen where the splices are but thought there was a plug I could plug into that would make things a little easier.

It's not bad luck knuckehead, I just ask a question if anybodys hooked one up before.They would know where it connects. If you don't have an answer then don't answer. Any clown can tell somebody to look online.
