Oct 27th 2010 me and boyfriend had unprotected sex and now I am having some pains on my left side towards the bottom of my stomach and I know that it can't be a disease because both of us haven't slept with any one else so could it mean that I am on my way to being pregnant?

There's no way for anyone online to diagnose you. If the pain is severe you really should see your doctor. The only way you'll be able to determine if you're pregnant is to wait and see once it's been long enough that a test might be accurate.

You can't be on your way to being pregnant, you either are or you isn't, I get pains in my stomach when I am ovulating but also got them in very early pregnancy, only way to know you are pregnant is to see the doctor or do a pregancy test
