A Lawsuit was filed against us for the last 2 month's rent before we moved out. We owe the money and have a judgment against us, which I don't dispute. However, we have not received anything in writing telling us how the security was applied and what amount they kept to help with the lawsuit. We owe them $2500 for the lawsuit and our security deposit was $950. Am I able to sue them for double the security deposit if I don't get anything in writing since I am in PA? Thanks!
