    Undoing partitions
I have a computer that was running windows and linux on two separate hard drives. Linux was the primary OS. I then accidentally messed up linux. I removed the linux hard drive but it still tries to boot it. When it does, it just says "GRUB" at the top of the screen and then does nothing. It does the same thing if both hard drives are in.
I think that to have my computer start booting the windows drive, I need to reset the BIOS but I'm not too sure. Could somebody please tell me about this?

I had the same problem trying to remove a Linux Partition.
I fixed it by booting with a win98 boot disk with fdisk on it.
Use fdisk to remove the partitions reboot to floppy
Use fdisk to put a new partition on the drive.
THen I was able to boot with a XP CD and delete the partition and install.
