    Few days back I got 10 years multiple entry b1/b2 visa but once I reach usa can I change my visa to h1b,*** let me now and help me .

    It takes so much time to obtain H1-B, you may need up to a year. If you want to work in US, get employment base visa, don't enter as tourist.
