Go take pictures of your daughter living in the house... Don't let her catch you, or it won't be pretty.. You have to be sneaky... Then, when you've got the pictures, you can file a motion with the court to modify your child support. See the clerk.. They'll help you.

Ask the school where she's attending to confirm attendance.

Bring and get records of where mom lives, where girl lives, get school records and the such. You may want to hire a PI to have them testify in court.
