    Hello f:

    I'm not sure what you mean, but it's always better to memorialize your agreements in family court. If you've agreed to a reasonable sum for child support, the court will most likely approve it. If the agreement ISN'T reasonable, the court will modify it.

    The court will also make sure that visitation is reasonable too.

    First, the title part of the Ask a question forum is for a brief description of your question. Like Verbal Support agreement for example. The body is where you detail your question.
