I was incarcerated when my child was 4 until my child was 18 years old. I have been working with FOC and agreed to a payment plan even though I am unemployed. I have applied for SS disability. In the meantime, I would like to know how I go about getting a breakdown of back child support owed?

If your going through a state agency to pay your support your entitled to a full accounting by the agency. Ask there first.
