About 2 days ago, it looked like I had just cut underneath my tongue. I thought nothing of it then yesterday "my cut" was raised and swollen. This morning there is a piece that is hanging off and hurts when I talk or eat. Does anyone know what this might be from?

Kind of difficult to diagnose your tongue problem, brit. I would suggest a trip to an oral surgeon to find out why.
