It is not likely, but it is possible, especially if towards the end of your period. While most women will ovulate about midcycle, some will ovulate sooner or later than the norm and you can, on occasion, ovulate outside of your own norm.

OK then after how long can I take a pregnancy test!

About two weeks... even better would be to just wait and see what happens when your next period is due if you can stand the wait.
